سياسة الشحن

نحن في فنتازيا نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأفضل جودة تغليف. تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 1-3 أيام عمل، ويستغرق الشحن عادة من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل داخل السعودية، وقد تختلف المدة حسب المدينة وطبيعة الطلب.

• الشحن متوفر لجميع مدن المملكة العربية السعودية .
  - يتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبع فور شحن الطلب.
  - في حال تأخر الشحنة بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (كالعوامل الجوية أو تأخير شركات الشحن)، سيتم التواصل مع العميل وتحديثه بالحالة.
  - يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان الشحن بشكل دقيق لتفادي أي تأخير.
  - رسوم الشحن تحسب تلقائيًا عند إتمام عملية الشراء، وقد تكون مجانية حسب العروض الترويجية.
• في حال حدوث تأخير لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل العوامل الجوية أو تأخير شركات الشحن)،
  سيتم التواصل مع العميل لتحديث حالة الطلب ومتابعته 
• يتم توفير رقم تتبع لجميع الطلبات بعد الشحن
• الشحن الدولي للطلبات الخاصة (يُجهّز عند الطلب)
  
  
  في فنتازيا، بعض القطع تُجهّز خصيصًا لك بعد تأكيد الطلب، لتمنحك تجربة فريدة وخيارات مخصصة من المقاسات والتصاميم والألوان.
  يستغرق تجهيز هذه المنتجات وشحنها من الخارج مدة تتراوح بين 10 إلى 27 يوم عمل.
  
  
  📦 يشمل الشحن الدولي للطلبات الخاصة ما يلي:
  • تجهيز المنتج حسب الطلب بعد إتمام الشراء.
  • الشحن من خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • رسوم جمركية عند الاستلام، قد تتراوح عادةً بين 15 إلى 60 ريال سعودي، حسب سياسات الجمارك المحلية.

  At FANTAZIA, some pieces are made specially for you after your order is placed — offering tailored options in size, design, and color.
  These made-to-order items are shipped internationally and typically require 15 to 28 business days for production and delivery.
  
  
  📦 International shipping for made-to-order items includes:
  • Custom production after your order is confirmed.
  • Shipment from outside Saudi Arabia.
  • Customs fees upon delivery, usually ranging from 15 to 60 SAR, depending on local customs regulations.
